1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following situations:

• The product received is damaged during delivery.
• The wrong product has been delivered.
• The product packaging is tampered with or leaking upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

• The product has been opened or used.
• The product is damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
• The return request is made after the specified return period.
• The product was purchased during a clearance or special promotional sale (unless it was damaged or incorrectly delivered).

3. How to Request a Return

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Order Number
• Your Name
• Contact Number
• Photos of the product and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

4. Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved and the product has been inspected:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• If the order was paid using Cash on Delivery (if available), the refund will be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
• Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

5. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement if:

• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product arrived damaged or leaking.
• The item has a verified manufacturing defect.

Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost after approval.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched for delivery.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return if your order meets the return eligibility conditions mentioned above.

7. Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), the return shipping cost will be borne by Shree Harsiddhi Oil Mill.
• For all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
